Problem: I am on dial-up and my e-mail starts but won't download.
Possible Solution:
Someone has sent you a very large e-mail, possibly a video or photographs. Go onto your ISP's website, and check your webmail. Delete any large files (Greater than 1M). If you are not sure how to do this, click here. Large e-mail
