Problem: My printer does nothing when I send a print job to it. (I have checked the two cables)

Possible Solution:

Click on Start, then on Control Panel. Find Printers and Faxes, click on it, and then right click on the printer icon. Click on Resume Printing and exit out of the control panel. If you continue to have problems, check that the document you are sending is set for A4 rather than letter paper size. When you go to print, click on File, then on Print. Next to the bar that shows the printer name, there is a properties button. Click this and see if you can find the paper size somewhere. Sometimes it is on an advanced button, or a page tab. If it is on letter, change it to A4
