Problem: I cannot open an attachment in Outlook Express.
Possible Solution:
Open Outlook Express by double clicking the icon. Click on the Tools Tab, and then click on Options. Click on the security tab, and then remove the tick from the "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
